About Thao

As a licensed Loan Advisor on the O'Connor Lending Team, Thao is passionate about helping families build wealth and achieve homeownership. Teamed with her husband, Brody (NMLS# 175788), she finds this role most rewarding as she can first-hand educate and navigate clients on their financing, tailored to their situation and goals.

Thao is a University of Washington graduate and started in the mortgage industry in 2006. She served roles in mortgage compliance, auditing, and accounting before navigating to processing and loan operations. Thao has led Homeseed's Loan Operations Team as Vice President, since 2016. Her operational leadership has helped Homeseed deliver 1,300+ 5-star client experiences to families throughout the Western United States.

Thao enjoys spending time with her husband, watching her kids play sports, reading books, home decor, going wine-tasting, and getaways to any lake or oceanfront.
